325: Maximum Impact! Is This Team For You?

This course is designed to identify the role of the individual on a high-powered team. We use examples to breakdown how the individual’s actions impact team performance and how their contributions add or take away from the overall effectiveness of the team. Finally, we cover ways for the individual to make their presence count and be productive contribution to the team so that the team is able to accomplish its organizational goals.
